@DIRECTV can you please get a trash can recovery for accidentally erased series or shows that are recorded. We are in 2020, get with the times. That sucks 😕. Even @dish has this feature. Smh

@dish_answers I want @NBCSChicago back NOW! If you can’t get this done, then you should be willing to void my contract. I paid for regional sports. I want to watch the @chicagobulls lose in the comfort of my own home. I want a resolution. This has gone on long enough!

@chitowncopr64 @dish Might not be a bad option at this point. I was with Xfinity before but I didn't agree with their price surges. You pay for what you get and I don't remember having these issues with Xfinity.

@dish_answers wants me to pay $220 to cancel my contract, after they failed, for more than a year, to provide local sports programming! Talk about a one-sided contact. I missed @whitesox No-No because of my substandard TV service. Sheesh!

I am going on into 4 hours of trying to talk to a customer service rep at @dish I have called @ATT and Citi Bank. Less then 30 mins to talk to someone and resolve my issue. Wtf 🤬

Has anyone else been overcharged by @dish . I am on autopay and they charged 60. More for their cyber attack issues. You can't access the site neither can billings department. A little curious this happens at the same time everyone is abandoning @DirecttvTv for censorship.

Apparently, @Sling who’s owned by @dish can’t do something as simple as change a customer’s form of payment due to some network issue that’s been going on for more than 48 hours. Customer service keeps giving the runaround.

@dish_answers a friend has been without her dish for 8 days and cannot get through to anybody for this issue. Who would she contact. She is without cable or internet at the moment. This was due to a major ice storm in michigan.

@AuthorJA_Jensen @Sling @dish Today is the first time trying to interact with their customer service. May, the rep, stated that the call is no longer productive then hung up. All I kept asking her for was to speak to a supervisor because I wanted a refund. Nothing apparently works at SLING except billing
