@tdstelecom Internet down again in Mooresville, North Carolina. We are off to a horrible start. Trying to conduct business but this inferior TDS service that I’ve signed up for is not working out. Should have kept Spectrum active

@tdstelecom I pay my bill every month. On time for 11+ yrs. And for what? Reliable service 50%-60% of the time. The other 40%-50% you can’t stream a movie reliably. Do work from home. Nothing. For 11yrs I am told “we will be upgrading soon”. TDS define soon? Nobody cares. Period.

For the past 6 years, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with my @tdstelecom service, but I pay a lot of money for gigabit fiber, and I’ve been getting only about 8 Mbps down for the past month, and they’re doing nothing about it. So, I’ve hopped onto Twitter to complain. 😔

@tdstelecom I was told I just had to dm you my account number to receive a credit for my service going out for the last three days, yet when I dm you I’m expected to call? Seems like don’t want to give a credit for a loyal customer and make us jump through hoops.
