@WOWCare Can someone responsible for the routing within WOW's network speak to this? I've called tech support several times, and I can't get beyond a support rep insisting that it's a problem with my cable connection, modem, or router.

@WOW_WAY Wow. Just Wow-5th day I CANT WORK because Wow won’t fix service. Negligence. Neighbors calling them ALL week. I’m onhold now & guess what? Not even a workorder active for our area! I’m sending them an invoice for time I’m not working/billing.
