The salary range for the position is $86,098 - $129,147. To determine approximate total compensation, add an additional 38% to the salary. This more accurately represents the total benefits received as an employee, such as medical, dental, vision, and EAP. ACWA JPIA is covered CalPERS employer for pension.

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating training courses. This includes assessing training needs, developing curriculum, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with various department subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and enhances employee performance.

This position is located in Roseville, CA, and is full time, 40 hours per week, with hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, though there is flexibility. Remote work up to two days per week.

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the necessary knowledge and abilities is qualifying.

• Equivalent of bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university with coursework in organization development, human resources, training and development, or closely related field and at least five years professional level training experience; or any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
