This spring quarter I started my reaserch in the Space Rendezvous Lab at Stanford University. It's been an incredible opportunity diving into the world of Satellites GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) in one of the most advanced labs in the field. Looking forward to the learning and discoveries ahead! #Research #SpaceTech #StanfordUniversity

Last Saturday I had the great opportunity to join the aerospace hackathon hosted by AGI House. It was great to gain an insight from OpenAI engineers about the research being done on Sora, and by NASA representatives regarding AI adoption for space discoveries.I grouped up with Xiangyi Li , Jason J. Choi, Rich Zhu and Ruijie Mao and we built "Drewy": an AI based multi drone control system. Our project delivered a solution to drone formation flight controlled by simple text input. It was great meeting new people and exercising my coding skills by employing LLMs for aerospace solutions.

While my first quarter at Stanford University is coming to an end, I wanted to share with you one of the projects I have been working on.In collaboration with Harry Zhao, we explored the potential of leveraging data from multiple GPS receivers to improve location accuracy significantly. Here's some highlights:📍 Enhanced accuracy: by synchronizing data from two GPS devices, we mitigated inherent inaccuracies and improved precision in location tracking compared to single device metodologies.🧠 Algorithm development: employing Extended Kalman Filter (EKF), we harnessed dynamic knowledge, fine-tuning our algorithms for superior position tracking accuracy. Incorporating these dynamics to pseudorange measurements improved our position estimate.🌍 Real World applications: most people nowadays carry at least two GNSS receivers. Therefore, potential applications of our approach can directly affect everyday users. However, our approach is scalable and adaptable to any technological integration (i.e. autonomous systems).#GPSAccuracy #TechnologyProject #Innovation #LocationAccuracy #TechIntegration

Today, I concluded my experience at Energy@Stanford & SLAC.It was an amazing opportunity to kickstart my journey in the Bay Area. I gained valuable insights into the overwhelming number of possibilities that Stanford University offers to support the energy transition, and I had the privilege of meeting incredible individuals in both academia and the business world.Lastly, I forged great friendships with my peers. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of talent and passion exhibited by each individual in this school.I am eagerly looking forward to the start of my classes. In the meantime, I am grateful for the chance to participate in such an interesting course.
